Hot off the press and exclusively for Doemens Biersommeliers worldwide

The new Course Book is now available in English!

Parallel to the completely revised course concept of the Doemens Biersommelier program in the German-speaking region, an up-to-date course book with many new features was created for all graduates. The German edition served the five-member Doemens team of experts as a template for the English language version. The course-accompanying training materials – in full colour – with many newly created illustrations, graphics and pictures serves as a central reference guide for every Doemens Biersommelier.

The team, under the direction of Dr. Michael Zepf, has transferred the contents into the course book in a clear, concise and transparent manner, using their diverse and versatile industry expertise and based on over 17 years of national and international experience in the Biersommelier training. From dispensing equipment to hop tamping, from Italian Grape Ale to food pairing, from Sour Beer to Barrel Aging: The new course book leaves no Biersommelier questions unanswered.

With its many colourful illustrations, photos and graphics, it offers pure reading pleasure and conveys some of the more complex content in an understandable way. As a ring binder with an inserted writing pad, the course book also offers room for flexibility by making it easy to rearrange the chapters and add your own notes.

The course book is not freely available but can only be ordered exclusively by already certified Doemens Biersommeliers at cost (49 € Euro net). Shipping costs and potential banking fees will be calculated based on the shipping address and added accordingly.
