The central task of a fruit juice sommelier is to convey quality awareness and transfer knowledge about the diversity and value of fruit and vegetable juices. In order to strengthen the bond with consumers and to convey a certain passion for juice enjoyment, Doemens Academy and the confructa college offer a training programme that is unique in the world: As of 2019, interested parties have been able to book a three-module course and learn more about fruit & vegetable juice as well as smoothies.
