Our international dual campus programs give students the opportunity to study both at Doemens Academy (Munich, Germany) and Siebel Institute of Technology (Chicago, U.S.A.) in order to provide students with a truly international education in brewing technology. The programs offered by the WBA give students the unique opportunity to experience different brewing cultures on two continents.
In addition to open seminars, which take place in Munich-Gräfelfing, Doemens Academy also offers tailor-made in-house seminars and training programmes designed for corporate members within the brewing, beverage and food industries.
In addition to the composition of raw materials and properly managed process management, the yeast strain used in brewing has a significant influence on the quality and character of the brew.
