His passion for water, which he has been enthusiastically celebrating for years as he led seminars and training courses, is apparent in his role as a consultant for the spring water industry. Dr. Peter Schropp’ expertise in analysing and describing the characteristics of mineral waters is in demand around the globe. Engagements in Europe, Asia and the Middle East are impressive evidence of his engagement.

Dr. Peter Schropp has now been with Doemens for 30 years. During his tenure, he has developed a soft spot for sensory analysis, especially when it comes to assessing the highly diverse characteristics of water.
