The Master Brewer program is characterized by advanced theory sessions and extensive internships. In addition to in-depth theory, a comprehensive practice program awaits the students and of course also a lot of fun and valuable experience. This week the students brewed at Doemens’ own instructional and experimental brewery (5 hl) a double bock (19 ° original extract, 30 bitter units), which they named “Doktor Dekoktor”. Furthermore, they receive many useful practical tips, for example in our laboratories (microbiology, CTA) and in our bottling plant. Have a lot of fun in the remaining time at Doemes Academy!
